Our February 10 Trivia Night event was a huge success thanks to the promotional support of QueenB Media and Cumulus Radio! This event netted a record $2,700 for Maria House/Teresa Shelter. 23 teams of 8 participated in 10 rounds of trivia emceed by Art Roche, Opening Doors’ Board President! Congratulations to the winning team “Book Smart/Cobra Joe.” Many thanks to all of our participants, volunteers and to Tom McCaffrey from the Knights of Columbus Hall.
Our next event will be held on Friday, October 5, 2012. Cost will be $12 for registration in advance or $15 at the door for 10 rounds of trivia in teams of 8. Individual players welcome! Sandwiches, burgers, fries, snacks, wine, beer and other beverages available for purchase at 5:30 PM. Trivia rounds begin at 7 PM. 50/50 cash raffle and other great prizes!
